Landscape and Cityscape photography

What is the difference between Landscape and Cityscape photography? Landscape is more nature and land, Cityscape is more busy with buildings, signs and people.
What is panorama/panoramic photography? It is using a specific camera mode to capture a horizontal view of something.
What is the Golden Hour?  The period of time shortly after sunrise and right before the sunset when the sun is golden.
What is the Blue Hour? The period of time right after sunset, before the sky becomes black with the moon.

Landscape Photography
This image was taken on a beach and looks like it may have been before golden hour. It also seems to be taken in panoramic view as well as landscape. The weather looks sunny and not too windy because the waves look calm. The focal point of the image is the trees, they seem to stand out to me the most. I chose this image because I thought it was a good example of landscape photography
  1. Find the right location
  2. Check the forecast to assess available light
  3. Photograph timing
  4. Get the proper equipment
  5. Use graduated ND filters
Cityscape Photography

This image was taken of a city, it seems to be during the blue hour. It is symmetrical and includes leading lines. The road leads your eyes into the city. It is also taken in landscape rather than portrait. It looks like a calm night right after the sunset. I chose this image because I thought It represented many different elements of photography.

LANDSCAPE
Where are you going to go? The beach while I am in the Dominican republic
What will be your focal point? The sunset/sun
What time of day?  During the sunset
From what angle? angled-landscape
What would be your choice of weather? calm winds-sun setting
Are you going to use panoramic mode?  Why or why not? Depending on how many colors are in the sunset will depend on whether or not I use panoramic mode
Where/How could you utilize leading lines/rule of thirds/blue hour/golden hour/etc? Since it will be a sunset on the beach it will most likely take place during the golden hour

CITYSCAPE
Where are you going to go? pathway to the beach
What will be your focal point? A walkway followed by a building
What time of day? Daytime early evening
From what angle? Frontal view
What would be your choice of weather? Partly cloudy so the glare of the sun doesn't get in my picture
Are you going to use panoramic mode?  Why or why not? No because for a city I think it will look better without it because otherwise the picture will look too busy
Where/How could you utilize leading lines/rule of thirds/blue hour/golden hour/etc? I could use the sidewalk as a leading line
